Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 3pm, delivered in person over one weekend.
This course covers the core skills of organising: how to have a one-to-one organising conversation, how to map your workplace or community, how to run a structure test, and how to identify and develop new leaders. Everything is practical. You will spend most of the two days on role plays, mapping exercises and planning your own next steps, not sitting through slides. Running the two days back to back means day two builds on day one while it is still fresh, and you leave on Sunday with a plan you have already worked through with the group.
No experience needed. The course suits new members, workplace delegates, and anyone who wants to move from being frustrated about something to actually organising around it.
Places are limited. Attendance on both days is required, since day two builds directly on day one.
