Most people who come to our workshops have never organised anything. You have. We're after experienced organisers who can run a session, mentor someone newer, or sit in and tell it straight.
What you’d do
- Run or co-run a workshop on organising skills
- Mentor a newer organiser or delegate
- Share stories and lessons from your own campaigns
- Help us improve the training materials
What we’re looking for
- Real experience organising in a workplace or a union
- Comfortable talking to a group
- Patient with beginners
- You don't need to hold an official position
